JCBA Activities

A destructive storm delayed our deliveries. So at 3:06 pm, the team swiftly delivered most of the bags to staffs before they began to leave the campus. In the end, 90% of the bags were successfully delivered with a few remaining. this month we increased sales rate by 170%. This delivery there was pineapple, carrots, bananas, apples, and lettuce. Overall, it was a successful day even with the impediment. Stay tuned.

On March 17, 2011, the most daunting message was delivered by our business advisor. We were told that our business coordinator had deliberately committed the same crime twice and with no hesitation, he was quickly terminated from our program. After hearing this dreadful message, we were expected to be tremendously worried and sad, but we are strong and unified. So no obstacles were going to bring down the mighty HJ Healthy Way team. Anyways, the message doesn’t have much effect, but in the mean time we will be working with our business advisor who is an awesome young woman full of enthusiasm and energy. We look forward to working with her. Stay tune for more HJ Healthy Way news next week.

Once again, JCBA is actively helping the community on March 12, 2011 with our final free tax event. If you missed it, too bad, there is always next year. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there to illuminate our service because I had to take the SAT. Man it was hard, I nearly suffocated from the pressure in the atmosphere. Getting off track, but anyways, VITA had a successful ending. Volunteers earned invaluable experiences and brought bright smiles around the community. See you next time.
